This whole Roman Polanski issue disgust me. How couldanyone in their right minds support allowing a man who
violated a young girl to be set free of any charges. This man stole the innocence of a 13 year old girl and then ran from the out come of his wrong doing like a coward. Only a sick minded individual could have done such a thing and could support someone who has done such a thing.
I am shocked by the public support of entertainment figures. There is a petition that Hollywood figures are signing in support of Polanski. I want to see this list, so I am aware of who no longer deserves my financial support at the box office. Among these support is Woody Allen, no surprise there. He is not the first person I would expect to have an ethical compass. It I was signing a petition and saw Woody Allen's name ahead a mine, I would think more than once about what I was signing.
Shame on those who think a crime has an expiration date, thirty years does not erase the pain or emotional damage. If someone dare to touch my child or do anything to my family I would not rest until that person faced my revenge or the justice they deserved. I do not care if this man was the director/writer of Singing in the Rain, all the talent in the world does not excuse such a disgusting act!
